LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES

Position: Marketing Assistant
Work Hours: Flexible (some overlap with Eastern Time for a few hours)
Holidays: US holidays or PH holidays off (advance notice is needed before taking the holidays off)
Pay Range: $900 to $1,200/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Company/Client Overview:
The company helps founders and go-to-market leaders by working with them to build a repeatable revenue model for their SaaS company. Then, they work with their customers to help with the tedious work of launching new strategies, systems, and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage lead databases, ensuring data enrichment, cleanliness, and proper segmentation.
Document marketing procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
Assist with outbound prospecting to write personalized emails and messaging.
Help with LinkedIn post editing and copywriting.
Marketing research for different industries.
Analyze websites, competitor landscapes, and market trends to create innovative SEO strategies.
Turn procedures into a visual template.
Take recordings of calls and transcribe them.
Help client's blog about SEO research.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience
HubSpot experience is required (workflows, dashboards, reporting, data analysis)
Experience with Google Workspace and Apollo is a plus
General SEO Knowledge and blog writing experience
Solid grasp of content marketing and growth strategies, including drafting high-quality, original, well-researched briefs and guiding writers on new content topics targeting specific keywords.
