Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Creative & Socials)​​​​​​​

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
  • Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms, particularly within Facebook groups.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
  • Assist with community management, including filtering photos submitted for our 'diet for free' challenges.
  • Select images to share with the marketing manager and reach out to winners of diet challenges to arrange for them to receive free meals and obtain consent to use their images.
• Content Creation:
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  • Share images and content across the marketing team to ensure availability for all areas of marketing.
• Email Marketing:
  • Help in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience.
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Graphic Design:
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experince in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a very similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Slack for team communication.
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, etc.). ClickUp experience is a plus.
