MARKETING ASSISTANTReports ToThe Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,General Manager, and Sales Manager.Duties & Responsibilities Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagementwith the online community to enhance brand presence. Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts andscheduled advertisements. Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms,groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners,and suppliers. Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closingof sale Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food,accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events. Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope ofworksQualifications Candidate must be a K-12 Graduate or has a bachelor's degree in marketing orart/design/creative Multimedia Knowledge and experience with photo and editing skills is a plus Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service. Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision Amenable to work on-site at Cainta RizalPOSITION SALARY COMMISSION(3) Marketing Assistant 16,053.68 DIRECT SALES COMMISSION – afterregularization
