Marketing Assistant / Graphic Artist

Job Description: 

Marketing assistant supports the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. 

Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization. 

Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. 

Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys. 

Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages. 

Conceptualize and develops artwork/layouts in support to marketing activities/strategies for implementation. 

Preparing promotional materials, organizing, implementation and monitoring of promotional events. 

Composing, posting online content and management of social media plan for the company's social media pages. 

Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. 

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases. 

Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics. 

Understanding of advanced marketing principles. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of office management. 

Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects. Keen with details and deadlines.
