Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing initiatives for a company in the FMCG or non-food industry, based in Manila. This role involves assisting with campaign planning, execution, content creation, and coordination with internal and external teams to drive brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, and agencies for marketing materials and deliverables.
• Support digital and social media initiatives, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with social media tools or Canva is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
