Marketing Associate

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation:

• Develop and promote engaging content for marketing materials such as social media posts. and website updates.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the delivery services industry.
• Assist in analyzing competitors and market data to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and foster community engagement.
• Help organizing and participate in promotional events to enhance customer relationships.
• Work closely with the other departments to develop promotional materials and strategies that support sales objectives.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Others:

• Other duties given by the President.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any relevant field.
• Know how to create and edit photos and videos using Adobe/Canva or any other editing applications.
• Has atleast 2 years experience in SEO Marketing and 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.
• Generating Leads under Marketing and Sales team.
• Updated in social media events and media management
• Develop and execute Digital Media campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, websites).
• Create compelling multimedia (videos, graphics, articles) that engages target audiences.

• It is important that the candidate is adaptable, attention to detail, communicative, articulate, caring for our customers, eager to learn new things, and find purpose in helping others.
• Willing to learn and grow with our company over a long term relationship.
• Willing to be part of a start-up company and onsite reporting.
