Job description: Marketing Associate - Product Development- Researching market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.- Assisting the product development manager in the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to launch.- Coordinating with suppliers to procure samples for testing and evaluation, ensuring product quality and performance.- Conducting customer interviews and product testing to gather actionable feedback and insights for product refinement.- Collaborating with the graphics team to optimize product listings and marketing materials for new product launches. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic foundation in market research and product development.- Proven experience or internship in a product development, marketing, or related role, demonstrating a solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to drive strategic product decisions.- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Passion for consumer-centric design and a keen eye for market trends, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
