Marketing Associate - Taguig

- Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.- Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM's on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.- Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.- Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant- Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.- Assist/ Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.Key Requirements:- 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.- Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.- Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.- Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks.
