Job Description - Marketing Campaign Ops Assistant

Join our team as a Marketing Campaign Ops Assistant! We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of Salesforce experience to manage our database, oversee marketing attribution, and streamline our SalesLoft campaigns. This role is vital for keeping our sales and marketing data accurate, deduplicated, and ready for action.

Want to learn more about the core responsibilities?

Upload new accounts/contacts in Salesforce and ensure we don't create duplicates, and upload all necessary fields.
Create reports for campaigns in Salesforce.
Update various Salesforce fields for marketing meeting attribution.
Database cleaning (deduping, lead conversions, updating fields, etc.).
Account/contact matching when we get new lists from events, leads, etc.
Able to create effective Salesforce reports with the right filters and fields.
Assign accounts to SDRs in Salesforce.
Proactively manage the marketing calendar to stay ahead of campaigns.
Set up SalesLoft email campaigns in Salesforce.

Here's our ideal candidate:

2+ years of Salesforce ops and reporting experience.
Highly detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to follow process documentation.
1+ years of experience setting up email campaigns in SalesLoft (or a similar tool).
Has experience with Slack and Gmail for internal comms.
Ability to work PST.
