Job Description - Marketing Campaign Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist with an exceptional track record of demand generation to join the Education Solutions Marketing team for K-12 schools. Our division serves independent and private K-12 schools of all sizes across the US. The right candidate will be a creative and passionate marketer, excited to design and execute engaging, omni-channel campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization through all levels of the marketing funnel. The Campaign Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales and Product Marketing teams while staying aligned with the rest of the marketing team. This role reports to the Director of K-12 Demand Gen.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

A Day in the Life

  • You will be a key contributor to the full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing organization that spans awareness, engagement, lead generation, purchase, renewal, and upsell/cross-sell

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and the rest of the Education marketing team to build a comprehensive integrated marketing plan targeting K-12 schools. You will plan campaigns, set KPIs, define messaging, educate internal stakeholders, and report results with key learnings

  • Develop and deploy a broad range of marketing programs – from email marketing campaigns to content marketing, digital, thought leadership, social media, events, and advertising. Experience building and sending campaigns through HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation tool) is required.

  • Collaborate with others on the team to ensure the right customers are targeted for each campaign, our digital presence is optimized, and our story is timely according to the selling season. Your efforts will include plans at every stage of the funnel to support Sales in achieving aggressive growth targets

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new advertising and demand generation opportunities.

  • Develop insights and recommendations to continuously improve program effectiveness; Brainstorm and implement creative, innovative, and maybe even crazy demand-gen ideas

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. A strong mix of strategy, planning, and analytical skills is expected.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience.
  • End-to-end campaign creation and execution experience is a must.
  • Computer/Technical:

  • Technology, SaaS, and/or E-commerce experience desired.
  • Proficient with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tool), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
