Marketing Coord (Full, Senior)

Responsibilities:

Support manager in scheduling and executive support
Support local market development department to achieve the goals
Support vendor management and onboarding to payment workflow
Manage invoicing/expenditure and budget tracking
Assist in preparing and tabulating relevant reports
Handle and track premiums/supplies fulfillment and delivery
Assist in organizing webinars/ events
Coordinate assigned projects between local market development department and other functions
Assist in any assigned ad-hoc tasks including reporting

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Admin/Marketing or equivalent
• Have administrative experience for at least 1 to 2 years
• Be passionate and interested to explore in Marketing field
• Able to work independently
• Have good people skill to follow up with different departments in order to complete the assigned tasks
• Have positive thinking and multitasking skill
• Have proper time management skill
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
