About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding AECC PH's market presence and driving business growth. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both marketing initiatives and business growth strategies, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach to promoting our services, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Business Development
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, new markets, and innovative services.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight AECC PH's competitive advantages.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide reports to senior management.
Marketing Coordination
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the region.
Conduct market research to understand the target audience, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content in collaboration with the digital team.
Work closely with student placement, conversion, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Plan and organize events that promote AECC PH's products and services.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in business development, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
