Position Summary:

RSS is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the digital presence and marketing operations of one of our Australian clients in the heavy equipment sector. This position will manage and grow the client's online visibility across multiple platforms and ensure brand consistency through digital campaigns and web content updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and post regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Support digital marketing efforts including SEO optimization and web content publishing.
• Assist with website management including minor updates and coordination with developers.
• Collaborate with client-side marketing stakeholders to align digital messaging and campaigns.
• Track and report on performance analytics for web and social media traffic.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and design across all channels.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or social media management.
• Proficiency in digital platforms such as Facebook Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, and basic SEO principles.
• Familiarity with website content management systems and basic web hosting workflows.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized, creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
