About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Operations Head in managing day-to-day operations involving administrative, regulatory, and/or compliance activities geared toward expanding GoTyme Bank’s customer base and helping improve its products and services.

  • Timeliness and accuracy of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
  
  
  • Filing and monitoring of Contracts
  
  
  • Submission of DTI, ASC, and other regulatory requirements
  
  
  
  


• BUDGET
  
  
  
  • Timeliness and accuracy of Request for Payment (RFP) to vendors/ marketing contest winners
  
  
  • Liquidation of Marketing Operations’ revolving fund
  
  
  
  


• CAMPAIGNS, EVENTS, PROMOS
  
  
  
  • Provide coordination and logistical support pre, post, and during marketing promos and events
  
  
  • And other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Head.
  
  
  
  

Must haves

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Business course


• Preferably with administrative experience background in Brand, Trade Marketing, or Sales.


• At least one year of work experience


• Understands how the role can assist in meeting company goals


• Comfortable with traveling occasionally to assist with program activations.


• Displays an intermediate skill level in MS Office and other computer skills


• Comfortable working in a hybrid work setup
