As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that drive consistency, structure, and quality across all channels. You will play a key role in ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, supporting business growth while reducing the operational burden on leadership. Working alongside a Marketing Manager and external strategist, your focus will be on execution, coordination, and content delivery within a growing allied health environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or similar role.
Strong written English and ability to create clear, engaging content.
Experience with email marketing and website content updates.
Strong organisation and ability to manage ongoing tasks.
Confidence working independently and remotely.
Desirable:
Experience in healthcare, allied health, or NDIS-related services.
Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing performance.
Experience supporting paid ads or marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Marketing Execution
Execute weekly marketing tasks in line with the marketing plan
Maintain a clear and structured marketing calendar
Ensure campaigns and updates are delivered on time
Draft, format, and send newsletters
Improve email engagement (open and click rates)
Maintain consistency in communication with families and referrers
B. Website & Content Management
Upload and update website content (blogs, services, group programs)
Convert therapist-written content into clear, family-friendly copy
Work with the website provider to implement updates where required
C. Social Media Support
Assist with planning and scheduling content
Write captions and create simple graphics (Canva)
Support engagement where appropriate
Work alongside existing internal support for sensitive content
D. Paid Ads Support
Support the Marketing Manager with campaigns (Google & Meta)
Assist with landing page content, ad copy drafts, campaign coordination
Monitor and report on performance trends
E. Reporting & Tracking
Provide simple weekly updates on marketing activity
Track key metrics such as: Enquiries/referrals, Email performance,
Campaign activity
Highlight what is working and what needs attention
