About the role:

We're excited to welcome a passionate Client Marketing Coordinator to our growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our existing customer base and driving retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. You'll work collaboratively with various departments and individuals, including the Marketing & Events Manager, Success Management team, and Business Development Managers, to support and execute customer marketing campaigns.

  • Completed any 4-year college degree. Finishing any Marketing or related degrees is a plus
  • 2 years of solid experience in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in project management and coordination within a marketing context.
  • Highly organised with high attention to detail skills
  • Proven ability in managing social media platforms and digital content creation
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and video editing software (such as Camtasia, Final Cut or Premier Pro)
  • Experience as a VA is a plus
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing webinars (both company-hosted and partner-hosted) in conjunction with the Marketing & Events Manager.
  • Develop and deliver content (e.g., email newsletters, blog posts) to remind clients of the value of the VA Platinum service offering as well as educate them on new features or updates.
  • Work with the Success Management team to support the onboarding of new customers.
  • Liaise with clients to gather testimonials and case studies, and support testimonial videos when needed.
  • Customer Retention:
    • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns designed to drive customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Assist the Business Development Managers and Success Managers in sending personalized client communications for occasions like client anniversaries or staff anniversaries.
    • Assist in coordinating the creation of monthly client reports.
    • Keeping client information up to date and accurate in the business CRM (HubSpot)
