Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, trade shows, and ensure seamless logistics.
• Content Creation: Collaborate to produce engaging content for social media, email, and other channels.
• Merchandising Support: Work with merchandisers to ensure consistent and effective branding.
• Brand Training: Educate teams and merchandisers on Gardenias brand values and guidelines.
• Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing or brand management experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome!).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in FMCG or the food industry is a bonus.
