Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.
We are looking for a Marketing coordinator who is open for a part-time position in midday schedule in PH time. The required work hours have potential to increase gradually and convert full-time once suitable candidate fits in the role.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing, Brand Manager and Events Assistant to provide assistance in planning and execution of event program, including: workshops, webinars, networking breakfasts, Bizlink, product launches and information evenings.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral for the business, both in-house using Canva and outsourced to design agencies, including but not limited: social media posts and adverts, display banners, EDMs, posters and flyers
- Manage relationship with external video production company and production of video content
- Assist in planning marketing tactics to maximise attendance in business events and programs.
- Report on the marketing analytics for all marketing activity across channels including monitoring traffic, ROI and spend metrics across all digital channels (paid and organic) to achieve positive KPIs and provide insight and recommendations.
- Be the website champion for the business responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and ongoing development of the website
- Perform other admin and ad-hoc duties including, responding and moderating to social media accounts and comments, checking marketing inbox and managing website live chat. Provide timely customer service where appropriate.
Who are we looking for?
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing/communications/services marketing
- Degree qualifications in marketing or other relevant disciplines
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A self-starter, can work autonomously and take initiative
- Loves a challenge and is eager to learn from the team around you
- Flexible and able to change direction and work on multiple projects across a wide range of topics/businesses
- Proactively solves problems and get things done with a positive attitude
Technical Requirements
- Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
- Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
- Back up internet connection (at least 30-50 mbps)
