About us

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our real estate team. This role blends design expertise with marketing strategy to create compelling visuals that promote properties, build brand recognition, and attract clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, understands market trends, and knows how to design for impact—whether it’s a stunning brochure, an engaging social media post, or a sleek listing presentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, social media graphics, and signage
• Create visual content for online listings and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and real estate agents to ensure brand consistency
• Translate complex real estate data and property features into appealing visuals
• Manage and evolve brand assets and templates
• Stay updated on design trends, real estate aesthetics, and marketing tools

• Proven experience as a graphic or marketing designer, preferably in real estate
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related work
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends is a plus
• Bonus: Photography, video editing, or 3D rendering skills

Additional Requirements

• Can commit to work for 40 hr work week 
• Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday
• Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
• Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).
