About the role
As an Marketing Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound outreach (e.g. emails, phone calls and LinkedIn messaging) to reach prospective customers in specified GTM segment. We will count on you to set appointments for Insight sales and delivery teams in select GTM segments and GEOS, quickly facilitating a seamless lead hand off process and to communicate with current and potential clients to understand their business needs, key initiatives, and whether Insight is able to solve their business challenges Along the way, you will get to:
Conduct research using Marketing Technology tools to identify potential leads and target markets for business development opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and prospects and develop and execute lead generation strategies
Reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, identified through methods such as marketing programs, intent data and sales collaboration
Schedule qualified appointments for Insight’s Sales and delivery teammates

What we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and build relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
