Scope & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of branding and product strategies aimed at driving business growth and increasing market share.
• Utilize visionary leadership skills to effectively manage brand identity, product development, and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
• Oversee the successful launch of new products, coordinating efforts across various departments for seamless execution.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives.
• Drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in brand management and product development.
• A proven track record of developing and launching successful brands and products.
• A strong understanding of current marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree, preferred.
