Job Description - Marketing Executive (Customer Based) - China
The Marketing Executive (Customer-Based) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Campaign Management:- Executes campaigns and events, gathers preliminary data and results to achieve new market penetration, maintains market share, and assists in analyzing campaign effectiveness.2. Loyalty Management:- Assists in executing loyalty plans and monitors processes and systems to improve customer acquisition and retention.3. Customer Lifetime Measurement:- Collects and summarizes customer lifetime data to assist in customer segmentation and project management analysis.4. Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning:- Translates and implements customer engagement activities across various channels to maximize brand awareness and ensure the relevance of information for customers.5. General Marketing Operations:- Collects, manages, and organizes data for market research and insights, providing business support to ensure efficient operational processes.QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.- At least 3 years of experience in the i-Gaming industry with promotion plan experience.- Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer acquisition and retention campaigns.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.- Solid understanding of market research techniques and principles.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools.- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing certifications is a plus.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement.Notes:• Chinese citizens are welcome to apply.• The client organization offers a competitive salary and employee benefits.
