Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize our social media accounts, particularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to improve social media performance (impressions, reactions, etc.).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions and feedback.

Content Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan for Drcom’s corporate communication.
Collaborate with the team to create creative materials for email campaigns and social media posts.

Performance Tracking:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and suggest improvements.
Create and maintain quantitative tracking systems (e.g., Excel) for lead activities and other marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (not necessarily scientific but industry-related).
Ability to propose and execute effective content strategies.
Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance tracking tools and quantitative analysis.
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and techniques.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
