This position involves working with, developing, and supporting teammates in Partner Marketing by: ensuring that goals and responsibilities are clear to each teammates; training new team members or existing ones with new process needed in their roles; supporting teammates career development; motivating team members through performance reviews and recognition of accomplishments; and, keeping communication open within the team, leadership, and other groups. \n\nAs a Marketing Lead you will:\n\n * The Lead will be responsible for assisting the manager/supervisor with teammates\u2019 efficiency and effectiveness to drive positive results for the business. \n * Explain roles, goals, and delegates responsibilities to teammates. \n * Motivate team members and review/recognize performance and accomplishments. \n * Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and daily huddles with teammates to check in with members and provide avenue for work and issue discussion. \n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Management, or related field, from four-year College or University \n * At least 3 years of experience in leading a team and people management.
