JOB BRIEF
CXApp Philippines, Inc. is looking for a versatile Marketing Manager who can seamlessly combine creativity and content creation with the accurate execution of marketing projects. In this role, you will plan and create original, SEO-friendly content, manage corporate website, marketing collateral, and social media platforms with the goal of increasing audience engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives key metrics across the buyer lifecycle from awareness to acquisition to purchase.
2. Prepare high-quality marketing assets, including brochures, ebooks, Powerpoint presentations, newsletters, whitepapers, speaker decks, award submissions, etc.
3. Create and manage an editorial calendar for content planning and production and perform regular audits for content gap analysis and optimization.
4. Plan, research and connect with SMEs for blog and thought leadership content aligned with departmental goals and product announcements.
5. Execute content marketing projects from start to finish, including project management (kickoff, timelines, review), writing, researching (i.e. SEO keywords or subject matter), editing content, managing internal stakeholder input to ensure quality and alignment, and ensuring a robust distribution strategy for each content asset.
6. Maintain and update website pages with new copy, new landing pages, and topics and continually refine for SEO .
7. Manage external communications as part of our content marketing engine with email, nurture content, and newsletter cadence.
8. Develop and publish content to all social channels, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
2. At least 8-10 years of work experience in B2B marketing in the software/tech industry
3. Must have experience in lead generation for B2B marketing
4. Must have created marketing content for software such as enterprise applications, preferably workplace related applications
5. Must have experience in content creation, design and distribution in the software/tech industry
6. Portfolio of created marketing assets
7. Strong working knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and Hubspot platform
8. Good practical SEO expertise
9. Strong analytical, storytelling, project management skills and attention to detail
10. Capacity for both independence and teamwork
