Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate our internal marketing initiatives, with a focus on sales funnels, lead generation, and promoting Virtual Assistant services. You'll collaborate closely with our operations and sales teams to design campaigns that attract, convert, and retain clients while strengthening our brand presence.

This role combines strategy, execution, and optimization ideal for someone who understands both digital marketing and the VA services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels for lead generation and client onboarding.

• Manage campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and paid ads.

• Create marketing collateral to showcase VA services, case studies, and client success stories.

• Collaborate with internal VAs and team members to support campaigns and promotions.

• Track key marketing metrics: lead volume, conversion rates, CTR, and ROI.

• Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to improve funnel performance.

• Manage content scheduling for email campaigns, newsletters, and social posts.

• Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, funnel strategies, and the VA industry.

• Report weekly and monthly marketing performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, sales funnels, or Virtual Assistant services.

• Proven experience designing and managing sales funnels.

• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, landing page builders, and marketing automation (e.g., GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.

• Experience creating content for social media, email, and landing pages.

• Ability to work independently and lead internal marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the VA or remote services industry.

• Knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, and lead nurturing strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools.
