Position : Marketing Manager
Salary Range : 1,000 - 1,200 USD (final offer will depend on experience and client approval)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT (hours can be flexible)

Overview of the Position
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on crafting and scheduling 12 social media posts and 12 marketing emails per month, utilizing AI/ChatGPT to assist in content creation based on specific inputs and prompts, SEO-related activities, paid advertising, and other content creation.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of successful marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic.
• Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Conduct testing and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Collaborate closely with the founder to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide quarterly reports.
• Assist with graphic design tasks as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in email marketing and social media management.
• Experience using AI/ChatGPT tools for content creation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zoho suite of services, especially Zoho Marketing Automation, is highly desired.
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field, preferred but not required
• Ideally, some familiarity with the dental industry and its terminology (not required but beneficial).
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
