Marketing Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a reputable multinational pharmaceutical company. They are in search of a committed and energetic Marketing Manager who will take on the responsibility of formulating and implementing our marketing strategy. In this role, you will assume leadership of marketing campaigns, assess our marketing performance metrics, and engage in collaborative efforts with internal teams.

Responsibilities:
* Head of Marketing: Take the helm in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our portfolio.
* Build and Maintain Big Brands: Be the guardian of our brands, ensuring their continued growth and market presence.
* Monitor and Control Marketing Expenses: Implement cost-effective marketing initiatives while maintaining quality and impact.
* Develop and Manage Local Team: Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team, guiding them toward achieving our objectives.
* Achieve 100% Success Rate: Execute planned marketing strategies flawlessly, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
* KOL Development: Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field to drive thought leadership and brand advocacy.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of proven success in Pharmaceutical Marketing, with a focus on CNS or related therapeutic areas.
* Strong analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Impeccable organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
