Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy integrating digital and traditional channels for B2B and B2C initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Excellence: Enhance digital marketing through advanced SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising techniques to boost visibility and engagement.
  • B2B Relationship Building: Collaborate with sales to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance salon partnerships through custom promotions, educational content, and loyalty programs.
  • Innovative Promotional Campaigns: Develop compelling promotional campaigns for salon professionals and consumers, ensuring timely and effective communication across all channels.
  • E-commerce Strategy and Optimization: Lead e-commerce strategy focusing on user experience, conversion rate improvement, and customer journey mapping to drive sales and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and market research to inform strategy, continuously refining marketing efforts and capitalizing on trends and opportunities.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand's identity and values, maintaining consistency and quality in communications and materials.
  • Financial and Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget precisely, aligning investments with strategic priorities for measurable ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  • Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with proven experience in professional hair care or beauty distribution, understanding market dynamics, salon needs, and consumer behavior.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Advanced knowledge in SEO, content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with a track record of driving growth and engagement.
