Job Requirements:At least 10 years experience in marketing and selling, five (5) years of which in a managerial capacity, in a real estate businessHas very good customer relations, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHardworking, persistent, dependable and trustworthyComputer literateResponsibilities:1. Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing strategy based on established objectives.2. Formulates marketing activities in coordination to the completion schedule set by the business development and management group.3. Directs and coordinates marketing activities in coordination with the Project Officers, the Sales Department/Manager, Leasing & Clubhouse Operations Officer.4. Recommends participation in promotional activities such as trade shows, exhibits and sponsorships in order to market the products and/or the brand.5. Liaise with media, advertising, networks, etc.6. Oversees the works done by various consultants/contractors as per agreed contract.7. Coordinates with Legal Management Department and Business Development and Management Group as to application of various collaterals for approval by HLURB.8. Recommends promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, tarpaulins, etc.9. Formulates and reviews budget of the department in accordance to the company’s sales goals and revenues.10. Monitors and controls expenses against budget.11. Abreast with sales performance, customer feedback and competition in the industry.
