Marketing Manager (Group of Restaurants)

1. The role is primarily responsible for the development of local store marketing and system wide promos for all brands.
2. Spearhead creation of promotional and merchandising materials for deployment to stores or partner malls.
3. Set merchandising directions and plans for the stores.
4. Coordinate directly with the mall marketing representatives for store openings, mall merchandising and other mall initiated campaigns.
5. Act as the gatekeeper/middle man with whom the with store operations group shall coordinate with for their marketing requirements.
6. Prepare promo analysis reports.
7. Research competitive information that helps the President & COO in the achievement of company goals and objectives.
8. Manage events related to the brand in synergy with other Viva companies for brand exposure and media mileages.
9. Deliver reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations.
10. Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.
11. Direct promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department like store openings, blog event, media events and the likes.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related course
• Minimum of 3 years working experience as Brand Manager/ Trade Marketing Manager/ Local Store Marketing Manager/ Marketing Manager in local store or retail marketing gained from reputable institutions
• Good communication skills
• Monday to Friday but good to work also on weekends and holidays as needed to support Marketing Activities
• Pro-active, responsible, efficient, positive work attitude, good work discipline and business ethics
• Exhibits strong business sense, self-motivated, dynamic and result-oriented
• Adobe photoshop knowledge is a plus
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can start ASAP
