Sales Assistant to provide full sales support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, proficiency in using Generative AI tools for creating client proposals from templates, and a courteous approach to following up with clients. This hybrid role requires presence in the office 1 to 3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations using templates enhanced by Gen AI tools.
Follow up courteously and professionally with clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM systems with timely and accurate client and sales data, leveraging AI automation where possible.
Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Manage client inquiries, schedule meetings, process orders, and perform general sales administrative tasks.
Support marketing initiatives, competitive research, and internal onboarding to enhance sales effectiveness.Coordinate logistical support for sales events and training sessions
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience or familiarity with Generative AI tools for sales and administrative tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Good interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
Willingness to work on-site 1-3 days per week with flexibility.
