Job Description - Marketing Services Assistant
I. JOB OBJECTIVES1. To assist in the planning and implementation of marketing activities (e.g. launches, mall exhibits, open house events, site events, etc.) that will delight our current and potential customers2. To provide support services to the Marketing Department and other departments that are in need of marketing materials3. To help the company achieve its goals and targets through efficient implementation of marketing plans and programsII. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEvent Managementa. Assists in the planning of marketing events, including scheduling, theme conceptualization, and budgetingb. Facilitates the event preparations, ingress, event implementation, and egress in coordination with team members, various company departments and third-party suppliersc. Prepares marketing collaterals, layouts and designs needed for the event, and coordinates with and checks the work of third-party suppliers who print and install the said materialsd. Facilitates the event documentation (e.g. photo or video), post-event report writing and liquidationMarketing Support Servicesa. Facilitates the permit applications, production, distribution/display and monitoring/upkeep of marketing materials and collaterals (e.g. brochures, flyers, onsite banners, modules, exhibit panels, etc.)b. Coordinates with the Human Resources and General Services Department to note company activities, job postings, etc. that may need to be promoted in the company’s website and/or social media pagec. Uploads content updates to the company’s websites (e.g. job postings, website articles, etc.)d. Assists in the implementation of the company’s participation in sponsorships and community programs to ensure that our brand/s is/are properly represented in these activitiesDepartmental/Administrativea. Contributes to the formulation of the department’s plans, programs and budgetb. Helps gathers reactions to and results of the company’s marketing programs, including works by contracted consultants/suppliersc. Coordinates with the Procurement Services Department for the timely acquisition of supplies and services, and with the Finance Department for the timely disbursement of payment to contracted suppliersd. Assists in tracking the budget versus expenses of each project/eventQUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate in BA Communication Arts or any Business Course from a reputable university/collegeHas good scholastic recordsPreferably with work experience in marketing and/or event-related works in a real estate businessHas good organizational, coordination, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHas good oral and written communication skillsHas good interpersonal and leadership skillsComputer literateAligns with the organization's shared values
