Job Description - Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing digital media buying and advertising - related projects for the organization and its clients. Organizes digital resources for media campaigns and presents their progress and initiatives. Help develop and execute digital strategies for the launch of new programs. Manage initiatives aimed at increasing awareness, website traffic, driving user acquisition and conversion. Produce, develop and implement leading SMM and SEM strategies, including websites, CRM, social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning

  • Work closely with brand specialists and client leads to identify clients consumer, brand, and industry challenges
  • Help analyze available data (site visits, onground and online leads) to formulate a performance marketing plan
  • Conduct platform simulations to estimate investments, unit costs, KPIs, audience sizes, etc.
  • Put together media plans and proposals to assist planners/client leads with overall media recommendations

Campaign Management

  • Plan and implement Performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, and online video channels, google display network
  • Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure on-track deliveries and spends, and all ads/campaigns are running smoothly
  • Put together weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Evaluate campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Proactively provide campaign updates and recommendations to the brand manager leads/planners across the network

Training and Development

  • Actively partake in internal Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Active participation in performance/digital trainings for the team, agency, and network
  • Provide ongoing support/advise to planners and buyers when it comes to performance platforms

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience in the advertising / communication industry
  • EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS with background in Digital, Marketing, Advertising, Business, are welcome to apply
  • Hands-on experience in performance media planning and management (Paid Search, Paid Social, Online Video) is an advantage
  • Working knowledge and experience of key performance platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Training / Certification from Google, META (Facebook/IG), Tiktok, X (formerly Twitter)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of online collaboration tools (Google Drive, MS Teams, Smartsheets, Slack, etc.)
  • Must be EXCELLENT in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, navigation, etc.)
  • Must be very detail-oriented in budgeting and watching out client expenses conscientiously
  • Must have creative mind and a passion for all things digital
  • Amenable to five-day a week office reporting at Axis Tower, Filinvest City Alabang, one to two-day weekend work day during openhouses
