Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans, analyze market trends, conduct market research, and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.

Creativity: Develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and differentiate the brand.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to craft persuasive marketing messages and present strategies effectively.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC and email marketing.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, set timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
Adaptability & Collaboration: Open to learning new trends and technologies, with strong teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail & Customer Focus: Ensure accuracy in all marketing materials and prioritize understanding customer needs to deliver value.
Leadership Skills: For senior roles, the ability to lead and inspire a marketing team is essential.
