Position Title: Marketing Specialist (Real Estate | AU Client)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 60,000

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support a fast-paced Queensland-based commercial property business. This role focuses on executing social media marketing, digital advertising support, and creative production for property campaigns, with light operational and administrative coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who can confidently take ownership of marketing outputs, work independently, and deliver high-quality creative materials with minimal supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST (REAL ESTATE | AU CLIENT)

Responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist (Real Estate | AU Client):

Social Media Execution

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Maintain consistent posting for property listings, campaigns, and updates
• Write engaging captions aligned with the Australian real estate market tone
• Monitor basic engagement (comments/messages) when required

Creative & Marketing Design

• Design property brochures, flyers, listing sheets, and digital ads
• Create visually appealing marketing assets for property campaigns
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and AU property standards
• Use tools such as Canva and similar platforms

Facebook Ads Support (Execution Level)

• Assist in setting up and managing Facebook Ads campaigns Meta Platforms
• Upload creatives, update campaigns, and monitor basic performance metrics
• Implement changes based on instructions from the AU team
• Support lead generation through accurate ad execution

Administrative & Operational Support

• Organize and update property marketing files and assets
• Assist in preparing property listing information and basic documentation
• Coordinate with the team for updated property details, photos, and requirements
• Support basic CRM updates or data entry when needed

Qualifications as a Marketing Specialist (Real Estate | AU Client):

• 2–3+ years experience in Australian real estate marketing (residential 
• or commercial)
• Strong Canva and content creation skills with ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (setup and maintenance level)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs accurately
• Comfortable balancing marketing execution with light operational support
• Reliable communicator with good written English
