Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Management:

Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation:

Develop and promote engaging content for marketing materials such as social media posts. and website updates.

Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.

Market Research and Analysis:

Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the delivery services industry.

Assist in analyzing competitors and market data to inform marketing strategies.

Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and foster community engagement.

Help organizing and participate in promotional events to enhance customer relationships.

Work closely with the other departments to develop promotional materials and strategies that support sales objectives.

Coordinate with external partners and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.

Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Others:

Other duties given by the President.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any relevant field.
2. Knowledgeable in creating and editing contents/pubmats using Adobe/Canva or any other editing applications.

3. With at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing; Having an experience in delivery or logistics industry is a plus.
4. Must posses energetic, creativity, hardworking, pleasant attitude, and excellent communicating skills
5. Seeking opportunities to learn and grow with our start-up company and willing to stay for long term.
6. Work from home and onsite reporting. (schedule may vary)
