About The Role:
Responsible for creating content strategies and targeting the demographic data of their target audience. Work hand in hand with the Marketing Director to establish a strong brand presence for the company, as well as create compelling assets for all digital and traditional platforms. Doing all these with the goal of generating sales, expanding market presence, and manifesting the company’s identity.
Responsible for planning and overseeing the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns and ensuring that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
What you’ll be doing (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Act as a team member and supports the Marketing Team
- Produce and conceptualize designs/videos for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to align with the company brand story.
- Maintain brand standards and style and deliver high quality, on-brand, scalable graphic solutions and ensure consistent quality is delivered and implemented across all departments.
- Manage execution of marketing materials with vendors when needed.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
- Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
- Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging HTML image-based content emails for monthly newsletters with clients.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
- Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Director in fulfilling the effectiveness of the position
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us (QUALIFICATIONS):
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design/ Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in creating graphics such as marketing and promotional materials
- Experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
- Good understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts and practices
- Strong creative, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines (quickly and fluidly)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details
