Marketing & Store Design Associate Director

This position reports directly to the Chief Merchandising, Marketing & Distribution Officer and is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the marketing and store design strategies of the company, collaborating with various teams to drive sales and profitability of the company and enhance our brand presence, customer loyalty and in-store customer experience to create an appealing and functional shopping environment for them.

This includes but is not limited to in store promotions and execution, customer engagement and close collaboration with retail store and merchandising operations, management of the overall loyalty program, digital and social media marketing strategies, market research and data analysis and reporting, visual merchandising and in-store layouts and designs, as well as the overall management of company's total marketing budget and store design budget and responsible for the whole marketing and store design team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, any related courses
• 5 - 10 years and up relevant expeirence
• Preferably from retail / distribution/ FMCG industry. Cebu Based.

• Basic knowledge in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proven experience in retail marketing, campaign management, retail store design; Familiar with retail operations and understanding of the retail landscape
• Analytical and data-driven, familiar with working with analytics and business intelligence tools
• Knowledgeable and/or proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Project Management skills, including budgeting and and scheduling
