Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
Manages the overall marketing requirements of the company. Leads the product development and marketing in research, planning, implementation, and documentation. Works closely with Sales, Product Development, Graphic Design, Programming, and Technical teams.
Marketing
- Manages the branding of the company
- Manages the branding of products and product awareness campaigns
- Provides in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the products
- Reviews local and international setting, and suggest application
- Conducts research for project feasibility
- Reviews existing products and suggest enhancement
- Conducts field visits for research and to evaluation of products
- Directs the Marketing efforts onsite and online
- Aligns with Product Development, Sales Team, and Power Mac Marketing team for research to have an effective marketing & sales activities plan i
- Develops marketing campaigns, for evaluation and approval of the General Manager
- Execute activities that will generate leads, including coordination with suppliers, e.g. Flyers, newsletter/email marketing, exhibits, events, saturation, online presence (social media, website), B2B events, webinars, survey/fill-out forms, press releases, etc.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget
- Manages SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the company and its products
- Marketing operations – oversees fulfillment of client requirements in marketing/advertising
- Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the General Manager
- Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management
Website & Social Media Management
- Directly manages online accounts and provides regular content updates (content creation)
- Prepares a monthly content calendar for social media content updates
- Updates the website for new products and inventory, in coordination with Programming team
- Coordinates with Product Dev and/or Technical team for information and photos to be included in the posts
- Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the General Manager
People Development
- Manages the activities, performance, and development of the team
- Conducts substantive and timely performance evaluation among his/her subordinates
- Monitors job progress against key milestones
- Provides training needs and maps out developmental plans for the team
- Performs all other necessary tasks for the success of the Team
Requirements
- Graduate of Marketing or any Marketing-related course.
- With at least 3 years experience in Product Development, Marketing, Product Design, Research, Project Feasibility, and Pricing Strategy.
- Experience in Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks background is an advantage.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Skilled in research, analyzing data, and creating and implementing plans within a timeline.
- Skilled in creating and managing campaigns, generating content, and can drive sales growth.
- Social media, LinkedIn and online marketing.
- SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Good at copywriting. Must be knowledgeable in presentation and reports.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace.
- Knows basic Photoshop or Canva
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Can lead a team and is efficient at resource management.
- Can work independently and can collaborate effectively.
