Job Description - Marketing Support Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. REVENUE / INCOME

  • Provide the required marketing support at the CALABAR Region level that will help achieve yearly sales targets and ensure growth year by year.

2. PROJECT LAUNCHES & REFRESH MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Creation, Preparation and Execution of all OPERATIONAL MARKETING PLANS (Launches/Sustaining)
  • Production, Installation and Completion of the Bare Minimum Requirements for Launches/Refresh
  • Creation and Execution of Digital Plans (content from teaser to sustaining)
  • Conceptualize, Coordination and Execution of Project Events (seller's launch, unveiling, grand and milestones)
  • Execution of the 9-Bare Minimum Requirements: Sellers Tools and Place Branding


3. STRATEGIC MARKETING

  • Communicate & Focus on the Benefits and Value of the projects and townships

4. MARKETING OPERATIONS

  • Successful Creation and Implementation of Digital Marketing Plans across Projects in the Region
  • Strengthen / Improve product visibility/merchandising across customer journey touchpoints (Awareness - Interest - Consideration - Purchase - Retention - Advocacy)
  • Amplify Field Activation Marketing support to enhance seller engagement and optimize sales channel performance
  • Establish curated and furnished Sales offices with updated marketing assets that will serve as venues for closing sales.

5. BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Ensure management of sales and marketing expenses to keep within approved budget allocation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in on-the-ground marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Preferably with real estate experience and/or related industries
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
