We are looking for a Marketing Technologist who will be responsible for owning and continuously improving the organisation's marketing technology ecosystem. This includes the corporate website, CRM platform, marketing automation, attribution framework, AI-powered workflows, and technical SEO.

The objective is to ensure marketing activities are measurable, scalable, automated, and commercially effective while supporting both traditional search engines and emerging AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI.

Key Duties

CRM & Marketing Operations

1. Own and administer HubSpot (or comparable CRM) end-to-end.
2. Manage campaign attribution, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, source tracking, and reporting.
3. Maintain CRM data integrity and governance.
4. Support sales and marketing users with CRM processes and reporting.
5. Troubleshoot automation, integrations, and attribution issues.

Website Management

1. Own the corporate WordPress website.
2. Develop new pages, landing pages, and content updates.
3. Maintain templates and reusable website components.
4. Ensure website performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance.
5. Ensure CRM integrations and lead capture function correctly.

SEO & AI Search Optimisation

1. Implement technical and on-page SEO.
2. Optimise metadata, schema, internal linking, and content structure.
3. Improve visibility within AI-powered search platforms.
4. Conduct technical SEO audits and monitor Core Web Vitals.
5. Collaborate with content creators on optimisation.

Marketing Automation

1. Build automations between website, CRM, reporting, and campaigns.
2. Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
3. Maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, or native integrations.
4. Document systems and processes.

Analytics & Attribution

1. Own marketing attribution and campaign tracking.
2. Produce reliable reporting on leads, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI.
3. Monitor conversion rates, organic performance, and attribution coverage.
4. Recommend improvements using performance data.

AI & Continuous Improvement

1. Drive AI adoption within marketing operations.
2. Reduce manual processes through automation.
3. Build scalable systems that support business growth.
4. Measure productivity improvements delivered through AI.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
