Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Will be based in Manila and will be responsible for assisting with marketing and business development for a global brand in the leisure /recreation sector who organize and host events within the casino environment.•Will assist with the following in relation to general operations and Poker Events:1. Customer Communications;2. Ordering of Promotional Merchandize;3. Liaison with key heads office contacts;4. Brand integration of events;5. Sourcing Customer feedback and creating action plans around increasing satisfaction6. Smooth execution of Marketing Plans within set budget;7. Management of PR and Advertising/Marketing relationships; and any other marketing aspects of the operations or events.• Working with the Regional Team and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful marketing of the business” brand and events taking place;• Liaise with the Website Development Team to ensure information of the relevant websites and social media platform are always current, relevant and accurate;• Initiate new programs and promotional activity to grow customer base; Support the development of annual marketing plan.
