The role

A Master Data Excellence role typically involves ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of an organization’s master data.

What you'll be responsible for

• Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain master data management systems and solutions.
• Data Quality: Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather data requirements.
• Data Standards: Define and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Data Cleansing: Conduct data cleansing to remove old, unused, or duplicate data.
• Compliance: Ensure all master data complies with data privacy and protection regulations.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users for proper use of data systems.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the statuses, results, and issues in data management activities

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in reports and data validation and can operate confidently in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and similar tools
• Brings strong skills in excel, analysis, data validation
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
