Material Handling Operator (Counterbalance)

Responsible for the efficient and safe movement of materials and equipment within a transportation or logistics setting. This includes loading and unloading trucks, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring that materials are properly stored and transported

Job Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment from trucks and other transportation vehicles
• Organizing and maintaining inventory in a warehouse or storage facility
• Using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and conveyor belts to move materials
• Inspecting and documenting the condition of materials and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to coordinate the movement of materials

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Certification in material handling
• Valid drivers license depending on the material handling equipment
