Material Support Group Driver

Job Summary:

Gardenia Philippines is currently in need of dedicated and safety-conscious MSG Drivers to join our Material Support Group. The MSG Driver plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely transport of materials, packaging supplies, and production essentials between warehouses, suppliers, and plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate company trucks to transport raw materials, packaging items, and other supplies required for production.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the assigned truck is in good working condition.

• Assist in loading/unloading of materials with care and accuracy.

• Ensure that all documents (delivery receipts, transfer slips, etc.) are complete and submitted on time.

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams for scheduled deliveries.

• Follow traffic rules, safety protocols, and company procedures at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.

• With valid Professional Drivers License (Restrictions: 1, 2, 3 or A1, B1, B2, C, D).

• With experience in truck driving (preferably 6- to 10-wheeler units).

• Familiarity with plant/warehouse operations and route deliveries is a plus.

• Physically fit, hardworking, and trustworthy.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Amenable to extended work hours or overtime if required.
