Role Overview

Major Objective 2: Ensure 100% Compliance to the Approved Material Matrix Across All Active Projects. Establish a systematic review protocol ensuring all mechanical and process pipe models align with the approved material matrix and project specifications. Success will be measured by zero material non-compliance findings during project audits.
Major Objective 3: Design and Launch a Comprehensive Pipe Detailing Training Program Within 6 Months. Develop and implement a structured training curriculum covering mechanical pipe standards, process piping detailing best practices, US mechanical code compliance, and modeling workflows. Major Objective 4: Standardize and Improve Pipe Detailing Best Practices Across the BIM Team. Define and implement standardized detailing templates, spool drawing standards, and review checklists to improve modeling consistency and efficiency.
