Mechanical Drafter (Pipework Experience) | AU Client

• Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
  
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
  
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  
• Work closely with other drafters and engineers to maintain consistency in drawing formats.
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of drafting standards and procedures.
  
• Stay informed about advancements in drafting technologies and methodologies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• At least 5+ years of proven experience as a Draftsperson or a similar role.
  
• Strong proficiency in drafting software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  
• Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations is required.
  
• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
