Department: ProductionReports to: Production SupervisorJob Summary: To supervise all activities relating to the use of motors and generators of the new siteWork Location: Davao; Willing to be assigned on other areasWork Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Flexible and willing to work beyond the working hoursSalary Budget: Minimum Wage, depending on the experience/s- At least a Graduate of High School- Has at least 5 years of work experience in the field of motors and generators- Knowledgeable on the use of precision measuring tools (i.e. outside micrometer, inside micrometer, bore gauge, caliper, and dial gauge)- Has acquired a background on drafting mechanical parts- Resourceful and critical-thinker- Reliable and can work with minimal to no supervision- Can easily follow instructions provided by the supervisor- Has a good communication and interpersonal skill that can work well with others- Fast learner and willing to be trained
