Job Summary

In this role, you will help expand the bank’s media reach through localized, digital-first platforms, while supporting strategic media initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of media engagements and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with bloggers, influencers, and content creators nationwide


• Strengthen regional and grassroots media networks


• Maintain and optimize a database of digital media partners


• Support and coordinate media events, campaigns, and coverage initiatives


• Monitor and analyze media performance, engagement, and sentiment


• Prepare reports and post-campaign evaluations


• Assist in executing media plans with digital and influencer integration


• Handle coordination with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related fields


• 5+ years of experience in media relations, PR, digital communications, or influencer engagement


• Strong network or experience working with bloggers, influencers, or digital communities (regional experience is a plus)


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting media performance


• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and digital platforms


• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

Responsible for strengthening the Bank’s media presence by developing and managing relationships with nano and niche bloggers across Metro Manila and key provincial areas. The role supports strategic media engagement efforts by expanding reach through localized platforms, while ensuring efficient execution of administrative and coordination requirements of the Media Relations function.
